    My family got take-out at Crispy Basil for dinner - pizza, wings, salad, and it was a very good meal. We placed the order by phone, because my sister wanted to pay cash (to avoid the 4% credit card fee), and you are only allowed to pay by card if you order online. The meal was ready at exactly the time they said it would be ready, which is impressive on a very busy Friday evening. My salad was an honest to goodness real salad. Many places define their salad as a handful of iceberg lettuce, a couple of slices of cucumber, a couple of tomatoes and maybe one olive. When I opened the container, the top was completely covered with sliced of cucumber. Under that was another full layer of thinly sliced green peppers. Under that was a mix of tomatoes and red onions, and under that was a large amount of greens. Other pizzerias could learn from this. The wings - spiced medium - were delicious. Besides having just the right amount of heat, there was a nice sweet finish to the taste. Instead of being accompanied by small stalks of celery, they included an ample number of carrot sticks. We ordered a make-your-own pizza instead of the large number of special pizzas they offer (which did look amazing). The toppings and sauce were fine, though I would have liked a crispier crust. By itself, the pizza may have only been 3 stars, but the overall experience of the variety of foods, the friendly and polite service, and the promptness, merited an overall higher rating.

    Ordered a takeout because it's the closest pizza place I have from where I was located. I'm glad I did order it from here. I got a custom pizza with gyro, chicken and onion and basil as toping and got garlic crust. The pizza was delivered under 30 mins and it was still very warm. The crust was very good, the flavor of the sauce wasn't too strong which made the pizza very tasteful. The chicken and gyro on the top made it perfect in taste. Will be ordering more in the future!

    Great pizza place. Orders are always ready well before the estimated time when we call in for pickup. We've got a couple nondairy people in our group and really appreciate that almost anything on their menu can have vegan cheeses substituted.
